I am having trouble with the new app on my PC. The only option given is to create a new shop. My shop has been up and accessible for several years. Have no trouble reaching Shop Manager on phone. Only PC issues. What’s up?

On a computer you can just go to https://www.etsy.com in a browser to access your shop manager. You don't need to use an app on a PC.
