New listing getting no ship by even though set to same as other listings

I added a new listing and used the same shipping times that 8 other listings use, all the orders from new listing have no ship by date.  I wasn't concerned until I looked at my star seller report and see that they all show not shipped on time.  One on the report shows it tracking/label date as 12/31/1969 but the others show shipped on time and they still say not shipped on time.

Are you using Etsy labels?

I just looked and my label is dated with 1969 also! And yes, I use ETSY labels. What was your outcome?

@IronsideCustomShop  : There are a number of threads about incorrect processing times on orders including https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Order-shipped-on-time/m-p/139543093 which contains a response from an Etsy Admin

I fixed the issue by recreating the ship time on the broken listing.  I talked to Etsy support and they where not able to remove those from the star seller algorithm.  Luckily they have not caused me to lose my star seller rating, yet.
