So I got a new order here the other day and for some reason this new customer is marked as a repeat customer with the little star and everything, but they have no prior order history or conversation history with me.
I noticed this as well. BUT my customer was actually a repeat customer that I recognized and her previous orders were not showing, so it looked like she had never ordered before.
Interesting. I know for sure this is a new customer as I searched through all my orders from their country all the way back to the first one in 2017. If it turns out they do have prior orders with me then Etsy must be glitching out.
