My Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly

Hello,

For the last few months the Star Seller board said I have reached both the speedy replies badge and the rave reviews badge, but only the speedy replies badge is showing up to my customers for my etsy shop. I did visited my "last review period" report and it based on the calculations my shop was supposed to get both badges.

Can you please help me with this issue in getting the rave reviews badge to be activated for my shop?

Etsy dropped my April Sales completely and did not count them toward this month's badge. Etsy refuses to revisit this. I was told verbatim by one of the rocket scientists over at Etsy that MAY JUNE AND JULY are the months being recorded for the JULY Star Seller Badge. Yes, we all know this is wrong, but this dame is swearing by it, with a straight face. This whole program needs to be buried.

Did you do the actual calculations to see what your review score is for that period? Even if the dashboard shows 4.8 and eligible, your score may actually be 4.75 or so and not have reached the 4.8 needed.

You have too many reviews for me to actually count three months' worth, but already in the last 2 weeks I count 16 reviews that are 4.0 or less.  It takes (18) 5 star reviews to make up for each one of those in order to get the review badge.

Not anymore, thank goodness.
Even with only 5 reviews, one can be a 4 and still qualify.

Thank you all for your replies. As of yesterday, my rave review badge is now showing up along with the speedy reply badge.
