I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. I received a message asking for a refund which I viewed via browser.
I clicked the view order tab which opened up the new app but took me to the latest order received not the actual order of the message.
I then cancelled that order believing i was sent direct to the order assigned to the message.
Im really not liking the new app although getting used to it now.
on app I can only find cancel order not like on via browser where can refund part etc. is that an option via app ?
I’m unsure if this is a fault not linking to the order from the message. I’ve no cancelled an order I need to send out.
I never use the app for anything important. You can only make a full refund with the app. Use a browser.
