New Shop and Shop Manager problems For Both Shops

I'm hoping someone can help me!

I just opened a new shop, I got as far as an icon ,I haven't been able to put my name on the page or a shop logo. My favorite materials etc. This all started after i opened the new shop. 

The shops are wildartyarn and (my regular shop),littlebitsythings.

Thank you in advance.  I don't ever remember having any trouble or paying for a shop.

Etsy started requiring new sellers paying a set up fee for a shop a while back.

Etsy added new fees to put off the massive amount of scammers that try to flood the site.

Have you paid the fee?

Others have reported having trouble opening.

I thought that I  answered this. Yes,I  paid the fee,but I cannot get a solution that works.  My shop manager is still not available.
