Anyone else not having success marking an order as a gift?
Both places for me without success in the order management with the checkboxes and in the individual orders, even though I get the message "Gift status updated successfully"
Browser or app?

I apparently got one the other day. Noticed it 3 days after I mailed it.
It just started not working this weekend.
PS it is an option for the seller. When you select it, the packing slip will not show the price to the recipient.
I had it the other way round a few days ago - thought it was just a glitch - I couldn't UNmark as a gift even though it was being mailed to the person who'd purchased it, so they got the nonsensical 'enjoy your gift from Etsy!' message on the gift packing slip.
Most of the 'gift' orders I receive are going to the buyer, not directly to a different recipient. I just ignore the fact that it's a gift receipt and not a regular packing slip.
@nemeton Maybe it was a gift for a family member and they didn't want the price to show.
Yup, I'm having the same problem.
I knew about "marked as a gift" but I just saw in one of my orders( shipped 5 days ago) "Gift teaser added" I don't even know what it means. Is this the same problem you're talking about?
I don't think so. That's something Etsy rolled out a while ago, at least before the holidays last year. That's more for people that bought late and the present is not going to get to the recipient on time. It's basically sending them a digital card showing what is on the way.
Well then it's something different...and strange anyway since the customer didn't ask for anything and this "gift teaser added" was not there yesterday. (Not a big deal ) thanks
Yes, I am also having this issue. I've never had a problem with it before, and I noticed it yesterday. I have items that are gifts and the only receipt I can print is one that includes the price.
