New Shipping Profiles - Fixed Pricing option eliminates options for Countries you ship to

Trying to set up New Shipping Profile with a Fixed Price from Canada to the U.S. As soon as you choose the fixed price option you are no longer able to choose which Countries you ship to. It automatically makes you ship worldwide. I only ship to Canada and the U.S.A.

You have to remove the "everywhere else", click the cross or dustbin next to it, so it actually goes

Was just coming back to say this. There is a little trash can off to the right side of the Everywhere else Shipping Service. Click that and you get only your country.
