New Orders Being Moved to Complete

Twice now for digital download orders, the orders were made and then moved to completed without me doing anything. I wasn't even on the app or website when it happened. What's going on?  Is this happening to anyone else?

No, it was a custom order, not an instant download

It's a bug.

Made to order digital is being reverted to instant download with no files.

your custom topographic is showing as an instant download.

Edit it, use the old listing format if possible, set it to physical or change the date, and then set it back to digital/made to order and publish. It should fix it for now.
