My new listings are not notifying buyers that have favorited my shop. Also, while running a shop wide sale, it does not show the discount until added to their cart. From a buyer view, everything is full priced and scroll past.

Not sure what you mean about the listings notifying buyers....
For shops that I favorite, I get notifications when they add new products.
I can see your sale. How do you know people are not receiving notifications?
@TheGreyMagnoliaCo: There is no guarantee that anyone who has favorited your shop will receive notifications of new listings.
They have to opt in to get notified. If they don't, then nothing gets sent.
