Change of email address

I would like to change my email address from (REMOVED) to (REMOVED) 
The reason is that I am no longer use the domain name tophats.us. I am using tophats.net. There is no way that I can login to (REMOVED)  and click change email address confirmation link. Does anyone know how to fix this?
