New Listings Not Showing Up

I just listed a new item and though in listing fees they show up with a clickable #, when I click on them, it says "item not available". 

I don't see them in my listings anywhere and using search with another browser, they don't come ups with title specifics. 

In fact I paid twice for the same listing because I thought it didn't go through.

Anyone else seeing this?

No, it's not, I actually did some research and it was vintage maracas from Havana Cuba and Etsy deactivated them because of a trade embargo the US has with Cuba. I tried to delete my post but it wouldn't let me. ???
