I added a few new items but they're not showing up on Pattern. Is Etsy no longer supporting Pattern? If not, why are we paying for it each month?
When you're editing a listing it should say at the top something about "switch to old version" on mine it was in a different color too, blue I think but I don't quite remember. I've already switched so I can't see it anymore. Sorry!
I had to go back to the old version of the "add a listing" page to get the option to share to pattern as well as etsy. Hope this helps. I'm new, not sure about all the lingo. I'm sure that was about as clear as mud!

I think etsy stopped supporting Pattern a few years ago. So you probably can't count on help with any issues, but maybe they'll reply at some point.

yeah, there's not a section that allows me to switch back.
Yes, there's a blue banner when you select Edit.
I switched back to the old version and now my new listing is on Pattern.
This should not be such an issue it doesn't even make sense that you would have to stumble across a solution for such an important issue. Etsey needs to just do better period.

@CalGalJewelry: If you are using the app, try a browser - even your mobile browser.
I don't see that option on my mobile app but I do see the "switch to old version" option on my desktop. If that helps at all. I literally just opened my store yesterday and came to find out how to fix this problem as well so that's probably an obvious answer.
Im having the same issue. Has anybody been able to do it via mobile or iPad? My laptop is getting fixed for the next couple of weeks and i really need to get these listings updated on my site, really messed up that Etsy completely ignores.Pattern issues…
@MichelleCuriel: If you mean using your mobile browser, functionally it should be same as using a desktop browser. Most mobile issues are related to the app.
It is not on the home page or when editing a listing. When you click "Add a listing" there is an option there as of today 8 17 2023.
So I am new to Pattern, and haven't been able to add a listing to just Pattern or get my new Etsy listings to transfer to Pattern, so is the general consensus to use the old version of the editing to try and upload listings, and see if that works?
I was not able to edit but had to switch back to old version and add again and then delete the listing created in the new version.
Yes - that appears to do the trick. Switching back to old version, deactivating the listings in question and then re-listing the same, should sort the issue. And there is a tick box to ensure it gets listed on Pattern too!
We only today were horrified that listing don't appear on Pattern unless you check the pattern box at top of the new listing page. SHADY, VERY SHADY
GolenHour, were you able to find this box to check on the new version of the Etsy listing site? I can't find it and have to keep reverting back to the old version. This new update is terrible.
There is no button unfortunately. You have to add the product to the old version for it to show up on Pattern. I agree that I do not like the update.

This is such BS , a horrible way to force people to stop using pattern even though they have spent hours and hours investing in it
Yeah so, I've stumble across this post for the same problem. Also, as you probably know, the 'old version' does the trick for now, but will not be available as of june 26.... I'm simply P*SSED OFF as I just paid for my Pattern and I just CAN'T upload any items unless I use the 'old version', which anyway will be gone soon. So I guess I paid for nothing? And yet, Etsy let me paid for it and has been of no help... Just saying, don't take Pattern.
