New Listing and Core Details

I am trying to add a new listing but it wants me to add core details.  When I try to pick that it is made by me and hit apply it will not let me more forward.  Has anyone had problems with this?

some of your listings say Designed By but you have no production partners listed in your About or in the listings I looked at.

ie Friendsgiving Mug and a few t shirts I looked at.

Is it the same scenario?

Unless your new item is different from your other listings, it is not made by you.  "Made by" means you actually created the item with your own hands - having actually touched and composed the finished goods.  At best, maybe you actually had something to do with designing?

@DestinationHomeCo  Don't make a listing from scratch. Try Copy > Edit. For some reason, others have reported that Core Details issue.

Thank you!  I copied another and that work.  The listing I was trying to add was made and printed by me but it just was not working.
