I’ve been trying to create new digital listings in my Etsy shop, but the Digital Files Upload box is missing from the Delivery section.
I’ve already:
•Started completely new listings from scratch (not copied from physical items).
•Selected Digital at the very beginning.
•Tried multiple browsers (including Chrome on desktop).
•Sent screenshots to Etsy Support showing that my listing is set to “Digital files,” but the upload box is not there.
My support case (#20938087) has been open for over a week with no resolution. Etsy Support suggested general troubleshooting, but the issue is still not fixed. From my research, this looks like an account-level setting that needs to be enabled on Etsy’s side.
This problem is preventing me from listing digital downloads, and I’ve already lost time.
Has anyone else experienced this? Can Etsy staff please escalate this to the technical team?
