I have tried to publish new listings but they continue to save as drafts, and will not publish. I’ve contacted support and their solution was the clear cookies from my browser. K…but I’m using the app. The listing won’t publish through a browser on my laptop either. So…what’s the solution here? I see many old posts about the issue but I need a current solution, because there is clearly something wrong. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue. Tried everything. Reached out to Etsy so far no response
@TownWitchETX and @Dreamofprettythings I can only think of two possibilities. You both have items that are against the TOUs (mystery boxes aren't allowed, and the other isn't showing licensing permission for Disney. I'd be REALLY surprised if that was the reason your listing wouldn't go through. Etsy hasn't gotten to the point of not allowing non-licensed sellers to list licensed items yet.)
OR
You are trying to list an item under 1 LB, and the 0 needs to be removed from the shipping weight (see the current Etsy glitch with the newest listing page).
Other than that, I can't think of anything.
Nope it’s neither of those. I’m at a loss. I’ve triple checked everything
I hope someone else can make a better suggestion!
Edited to add:
@Dreamofprettythings I just noticed you mentioned you're using the app. Go to a desktop or laptop and DON'T use the app. The app is VERY glitchy.
Thanks. I will give this a try now and let you know
