New Glitch in Etsy App?

Yikes! The last few days when I am in the Etsy app IN MY SHOP on mly phone, I go to the options list in my shop and click on "View Shop on Etsy" and it automatically takes me OUT of my shop and opens the generic Etsy app where I have to sign in again??? This is very annoying and time consuming as I depend on the app a lot?

Etsy... please fix this as this is not a good thing

I'm having the same problem also! I used to see how many of my items are in carts, etc. and now I can't.

Did signing in on the generic Etsy site fix the issue where you can at least see items in carts like before? Thank you!

I'm having the same issue.  It's so frustrating because it seems to be counting my clicks into a listing from this view as a new view on the listing.

similar trouble here, when I am in the seller app and click view my shop, it kicks me out of the app and takes me to the web browser version of my shop.

I never used the app. I just go in through my internet. I downloaded the app once and didn’t like what I saw. Too confusing and hardly anything worked right. Even on my phone, I go through the internet.

Even on phone, I use browser to do anything, just too glitchy, I only use app for cha-things.
