One of the main features I use on the Etsy app is setting listings to INACTIVE. I sell on more than one platform and when I am notified something sells elsewhere, I immediately go to the app to decativate the listing on Etsy. As of right now, I search the listings, use the dropdown to choose "inactive" and then "save". It appears to be out of the listings on the app, but is NOT removed from active listings on the desktop. This is a major issue that could lead to duplicate sales.
Is it just a delay in catching up? Many actions aren't immediately reflected in a shop. Did you clear your browser cache to make sure you're not looking at a cached version of your page?
@DaisyLaneAntiques: There are plenty of reports of glitches with the app, so this may be another one. Using a browser, check your Listings page and / or the listing itself to see if they are indeed deactivated. While some pages (i.e. Shop home page, etc) may take a while to be updated with changes, your listing itself should always be up-to-date.
