Never received payout

Hi, I have been selling for almost 2 months now, but I never received a single payout. Checked every information which seems correct. Tried to contact help by email but never received a response.

was the deposit sent? 

if not, go to the BILLING section of finances (not payment section), and see if the date entered, next to your card number, is still in date.

or

did you do the plaid verification, with the small deposit

or

are you on reserve

1. The billing section is up to date. As a matter of fact, I have seen charges on my credit card.

2. I linked my bank account through plaid (from Etsy and plaid log in). There was no small deposit

you only see that, if you are on reserve,

but if it says $0.00, that means etsy isn't holding anything in reserve

from etsy.....

Review the Payment account reserve section. (You’ll only see this if you have a reserve.) 

Here, you’ll see the amount that is currently being reserved, as well as the minimum reserve amount that will be kept in your Payment account. The amount that's reserved from each order is displayed along with the default holding period for funds if tracking isn’t added.

if you logged an e-mail support ticket, they normally e-mail back with useless info, that you have to reply that it doesn't fix your issue, and you still need help
