Must be a bug but check your shop. Multiple listings of mine say that I DON'T ship to the United States. I ONLY ship to the United States. Not all the listings. Some new. Some old. No rhyme or reason. At first I thought maybe I didn't select something right and I checked it in my listing manager. THEN I couldn't edit it if I wanted to because suddenly the countries I ship to (I deselect that box and only have U.S.) was gone. I told the bot on the chat. Hopefully they are aware of this new bug.

Yes..inquiring minds. I don't want to have to check every listing if possible.
Not really. I just went to miscellaneous listings after I stumbled upon the first one that was like that and some were okay and some were not. But today I haven't found any so maybe it's fixed.
WTH?? That is obviously unacceptable. What is going on lately?? It is like right before a storm how everything suddenly goes all weird. It makes me want to run for cover. It is like Etsy is that video of Chris Farley rolling down the hill in Tommy Boy!
Exactly how can a shop based in the USA not ship to buyers in the USA?
Give me a listing title and I'll check and see what I see. Maybe it is browser or app dependent?

I checked several listings, and all said that they ship to the USA.
I do a lot of shop critiques and I have seen this on many stores in the last few weeks.
