Never receive 2 factor code

I have been trying for several days to access areas of my dashboard that require me to sign in.  It keeps telling me I will receive the code within 60 seconds but it never comes.  I have tried entering the recover codes too and they don't work either.  I have tried many times, I am afraid to keep trying for fear of being locked out of my account.  I can't contact Etsy help as it also asks for the 2 factor code that never arrives.  I have used it before without issues but for some reason I can't get anywhere.    I usually use my laptop but since I have been having trouble there, I have been trying with my iphone and ipad.  Same thing happens with the forum when I try to sign in on my phone or ipad, it says they will send the code but it never comes.  I have tried 3 different recover codes, too but the same result.

Any advice on how to proceed?

I was able to acces the help area on my iphone with the Etsy app but the send button doesn't respond.  I managed to get a link to confirm my email address on my laptop but when I click that link, everything just says "null" so I am unable to access it there either. Very strange, don't know how to proceed.

About 3 years ago something happened and I was no longer getting the code via e-mail. Nothing worked in trying to get it fixed. I finally set up the authenticator app and it has worked great. I have it linked for all my sites. 

I was locked out of my shop so I had to ask for help as a buyer. They asked me a few questions and deactivated my 2 factor auth for me so I could log in. Then I set it up with the app.

Edited to add: If you are talking about not getting the code through the auth app then none of this helps. Not sure where you were trying to get the code.

@JackisJustVintage I don't have that app, it is just through my phone which always worked before.  I haven't used it for a few months but the last time I did there was no problem.  I can still access my shop, forum etc. just can't access anything that forces the 2 factor identification. Thanks.

Bumping this up again as I still can't get in.  I have once again tried all methods and get the same results.  Can't access help via email or etsy app on laptop, iphone and ipad.  The fields read "null" and nothing is clickable to ask for help.  I get the code via email but when I click on it I just get the same Null error message.

I can access my dashboard, orders, listings etc but anywhere where 2 factor authenification is required I am not able to get in because the code never comes.  I have tried over a dozen times now over the past weeks with no results.  Not sure how to proceed since I can't contact Etsy because help is asking for 2 factor.  Also, I have tried several of the recovery codes from Etsy and they don't work either.

The article includes instructions for the app on the phone.  

The codes can only be used once so if you tried to use them more than once then they won't work..

Are you able to get into your shop from the forums?  You could possibly disable 2fa.

Yes, the problem is that the code never comes in on my phone.  I have used it in the past with out problems but it doesn't work now.  I am getting codes from other sites without issues, just did 2 this morning, but nothing comes through from Etsy.

Sorry to keep bringing this up but it has been weeks now and I still have no solution.  Unable to contact Etsy for help as it requires 2 factor authorization which isn't working.  I'm concerned that at some point I will be required to sign in and lose access to my account as I can't do that.  Help please.
