I managed to finally get my shop back into holiday mode (not suspended), Support said they have enabled my store... however, they haven't...
I am trying to upload my passport, but the instant is upload to verify, it's declined via email notification - but it stays pending in the dashboard... why is this so hard?
The passport is full color, with an expiry date, etc., and it follows all protocols....
