New shops take a while to gain momentum (it took me 3-4 months). It can take several weeks just for the Etsy algorithms to work out where to place your items in the search results because they use real time data from customer interactions with your listings.
There are no magic tricks - you just have to make sure your listings are optimised for Etsy search, promote off Etsy and have some patience. Running a shop on Etsy is a marathon, not a sprint. You won't get quick sales unless you are doing a lot of advertising off Etsy.
You can try Etsy ads, but these only work if your listings are already optimised for your target market. Otherwise people have reported that there is little or no ROI.
