Need to verify business docs again?

I started selling on Etsy a little over a year ago and I had to submit legal business docs to be verified before I was allowed to sell, took about a week but everything got verified and done. I just got a pop up message at the top of my Dashboard yesterday saying that Etsy is having trouble verifying my info. When I click the 'Get Started' link it takes me to the Legal & Tax Information section where it says that my information is verified. What am I supposed to do? It says they are verified, and there is nothing saying what I am supposed to do?

Will this make it so I can't make sales until this is cleared up?

Hello! The same thing is happening to our store. I worked on this last year, got verified and thought everything is great and done. Now I have a big red warning and I'm not sure what is wrong? Freaking out a bit, and trying to call my accountant to see if he can figure out what to do.

Anyone else have this going on?

@HiddenTreasuresbyBob   @Salvagedvintagegoods   Here is another Thread with Sellers having the same issue.  It appears to be a "known problem", yet there is no Community Announcement pertaining to it.

ETA:  Also no Announcement in Seller's Dashboard about this ongoing investigation.  Which would certainly cut down Sellers contacting Etsy regarding something which engineers are currently aware of.
