Free Listings for Etsy Plus Subscribers Disappearing

Hello everyone!

We receive free listings at the beginning of each month for being Etsy Plus subscribers but they seem to disappear before you have a chance to use them all. They seem to disappear quickly, anywhere from 1 - 4 gone even within the same day sometimes. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, do you know why that's happening or what you can do to stop it so you can take advantage of the free listings?

They are also used up when relisting, or when relisted from auto renew sold.

They aren't just for newly created listings.

@CappuccinoLace   They did change it last year.  It became for new listings only which can be for copy or from new.  Relisting no longer worked for the credits when I left the program a few months back.   They might have gone back but I decided the program was not worth it.

They are not awarded at the beginning of the month. It all depends on the date you subscribed to Etsy Plus. Your month starts on that date.

You have 30 days to use the listings.  The date in which you started begins the 30 days.  It's haphazard as they changed it to new listings only.  Relisting when I left the program did not allow any longer for credit for relisting.

They’re still using them up on auto renewals.
