I need to mark an item shipped but with no tracking bc I hand delivered it to a friend. It won’t let me mark it shipped with out a tracking number.
I usually post without a tracking number, so just click on the ‘completed’ tab at the top and leave the tracking no. box empty.
On a PC/laptop go to Shop manager > orders & shipping.
Find the order in your list of open orders and click the 'mark as complete' button (looks like a semi circle with check mark...sort of like a clock face, right under the mail truck icon).
Once you click it the mark as complete pop up opens where you can select the carrier and enter tracking number etc. Right under the text box to type in the tracking number it says 'This order doesn't have tracking'. If you click that it you get drop down options to select for why the order doesn't have tracking. You can select Digital Items, Items linked to another order, local pickup or delivery, oversized or heavy items or something else.
Select local pickup or delivery then click the button at bottom that says mark 1 order(s) complete.
Keep in mind that the order will be counted as not having tracking for star seller which can impact your rating.
@OptimysticCreativeCo You need to do this on PC/laptop - use the circle/arrow icon to mark as Completed. When you see the box to enter tracking, look underneath and click on "This order doesn't have tracking" - and there will be a choice for hand delivery. Just so you know this won't be good enough for the Star Seller shipping metric, if that's a concern to you.
