Etsy has deactivated my listings due to creativity policy violation because my photos are stolen and put on Amazon, Temu etc.

I have sent all the details, DMCA reports, my design files but received no response from Etsy. 

I am not able to deal with this constant fear and It's taking a serious toll on my health. So my family advised me to put my shop on vacation mode to avoid further stress.

I have put my shop on vacation mode for last 2 days. But now I have received messages from customers about the shop reopening date. One customer wants to purchase before Friday. 

I don't know what to do. Turning vacation mode on is not a solution. I hope someone from Etsy support can advise.

There are lots of similar posts on the forum.  You should put what the issue is in your title then people can offer you some advice about it.  I do believe these issues are being resolved but I don't have personal experience so have a read around the forum.
