Re: Need help

Scam.  You didn't lose a sale and you didn't lose any money to the scammer.  Put the message in your spam folder.

Re: Need help

This is a scam. Do not respond, put the message in your spam folder. You do not have to do anything if you get a sale on Etsy. It will show up on your dashboard. Your shop front shows zero sales.

Re: Need help

You never had a sale, they just wanted your email so they could get you to give them your bank account and cc so they could steal from you.

Re: Need help

You didn't get a sale - you almost got scammed.

Finish your shop - your items are not handmade - you need to show that you are using a production partner - do the work before you get an actual sale.  About page, announcement, etc.
