I need help to update my bank account, but since you suspended my store I cannot do that.

The shop can be open but the bank information suspended or the ability to get funds suspended.

No it’s the same - so it’s a little funny that they say that my store is suspended since I still can sell my products. 
so maybe it’s only related to my bank account, because they cannot verify it and then they told me that my store is suspended and I maxed out my number of attempts to verify it.

Hi, my store is apparently open my they told me that it’s suspended. 
I send many emails to them, but they don’t reply anymore. In the beginning I just got automated answers and then they stopped replying at all. 

the problem is that my funds are locked and I’m afraid to have more sales if I don’t know when I’m going to get my funds.

@OmanaArtPrint: "... since you have suspended my account ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Why do you think the account you are writing from is suspended?

In my bank account details there’s a message telling me that my store is suspended. I contacted Etsy about this many times.

@OmanaArtPrint   If you received a reply back to an email then you use that one email to reply back that you still need help.  Chat cannot help with this.  Don't keep opening messages.

Did you enter your bank account and do the deposit?  If not then Etsy will suspend after 30 days.  So is there an error in the way your bank account was entered?  Or did you not do the deposit?  Or did the deposit not appear in your bank account?

Did you check the Help articles to see if something was missed.

You may need to contact your bank to have them assist you with the format.  Etsy does not support IBANs for Denmark

Contacting Etsy 'many times' is the problem. Each time you message them, the previous message is automatically cancelled, and the new one goes to the end of the queue. You should contact them once only, from the Contact link on your shop dashboard, and use that open ticket for all future contact.

So I got answer today from Etsy, they reset my attempts to verify my bank account, so now I can try again and my store is not suspended anymore (whatever they meant about my shop being suspended). Thanks for your comments, they also helped s lot - happy new year
