Help!! My shop has been put “on vacation” because of an issue Im having and there seems to be no one to help. I emailed Etsy and have received NO response. After changing my legal name and providing Etsy with the correct verification of ID (2 of them) I have received several emails saying the photos are not clear and to re send them. I have done so many times and I know they are clear and usable, but there seems to be an issue and although when I log into my account my ID is shown as “verified”, my shop has now been put on vacation and my orders canceled. I really need help as I have not been able to find anyone to do so

Others who have changed their names (due to getting married, etc) have reported massive problems with Etsy understanding.
No one in the Forum can help you. Only Etsy itself can acknowledge, and fix, the problem for you.
