NO response to ETSY Support Chat for 20 hours - so far! HELP!

I've been trying to get through to Etsty Support Chat for 20 hours thus far.

While the message where you click chat says that I ought to be connected to someone in chat in less than a minute, this is not true.

Can someone tell me if 

• this is another technical Etsy glitch?
• If Etsy is working to resolve this glitch?
• What workarounds are in place so that I can talk with someone to get my issue resolved?

I have a shipping issue - and I need to resolve before I can ship an item.

FYI, I tried posting a request for help to the Etsy Twitter [X] account, but no response yet.

Thanks to all for your insights and comments.

For now, my shipping issue is that I forgot to include one item in the package I shipped out to a customer last week. I'm so embarrassed.

Question: How can I ship out this item through Etsy? I will NOT charge the customer for my mistake. Is there a way to send out this second package through the Etsy interface to get a reduced shipping cost, where I will pay the shipping cost? Or must I take this second package to the post office and just ship as I would any personal item?

Appreciate your help with this issue.

Yes you can generate another shipping label after it ships. Go to your completed orders, click on the order you need the label for, then scroll down all the way under the order information, there is a black button that says "get shipping labels". Click on that and it will take you to the label section to fill in the info and purchase.

Just tried that - went to the order, filled in the shipping info - but I'm getting a message up on the top left that says 'invalid weight' - and the interface will not let me proceed. 

I've tried shifting the weight a little up and down - but so far, I'm unable to purchase a label
