Mysterious sale

Hi! I just received an email that I got an in person order for $14 for a custom amount. The issue being, I’m currently at home on my couch and I’m not sure where it’s coming from. Any ideas?

I got about 30 emails saying the same with $1200. The only thing I can think of was an outdoor craft show in July.  I have nothing in my shop to sell, so that's the only thing I can think of.

Yes I got several but the amounts all correspond to sales I made at a market last spring where I used Square to collect. I cannot find a way to call chat or email Etsy. My concern is did the customer cards get charged again? My shop is currently set to on vacation. I did manage to submit a question on the Square site. Please update if anyone gets more information.

It has happened to me too. And quiet a few others. I’m not sure how to get in touch with someone from Etsy but I would love to know what’s going on..

Before starting a new thread, search the forum to see if one is already open. At least 20 people have started new threads on this problem today.

I suppose these orders comes from Brooklyn, NY where Etsy headquarters are located.
