My views dropped after meeting standard

My service stats was room to improve due to reviews. Finally, in December, I’m almost a Star Seller but currently meeting standards.

The weird thing is, the day I leveled up to “meeting standards,” my views dropped by 30–40%. and its been 3 days almost still same.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

Based on many other posts in this forum, organic search has become so undependable for so many sellers that making cause and effect correlations as you have is not a useful exercise.

Sadly the current state of Etsy search means that more and more sellers need to drive their own traffic just like they would to their own website.

Yeah, probably a coincidence. It's also 3 weeks until Christmas, so many buyers aren't ordering this close.

After having a few decent days my shop has been dead the last 3 days. I think on yours it is probably just coincidence.

I sure hope I get more sales, only 3 this week and I have some great old vintage holiday treasures.
