Billing updating my CC

I have tried numerous times to update my CC and I keep getting an error.  I reached out through chat and got a response on Nov 22nd. They stated that someone will have to email me to help me. "It looks like you'll need to work with one of our email specialists about this. I can send this over right now and make it top priority. Once I do, you should hear back from one of our specialists with more information." - Dorlyn

 

Never got an email.  I then messaged chat that I never received the email or any help from anyone on Nov 24th. No response.

Tried again Nov 25th, 26th, Dec 3rd and today (Dec 5th).  No response.  WTH?  How are we supposed to get anything solved if no one ever responds or emails me?  This is beyond frustrating.

Are you updating the use by date only or replacing the card wih a different one?

If the former, there is a five business day wait for the change to set in, a security measure to deter scammers if they manage to get into your account and change the card.  

If the latter, you actually have to add the new card as a secondary card first, then refresh the screen and you should see the default box beside the new card.  Click the box to make the new one the default and you will then be able to remove the old one.  The five day wait applies to the new card as well.

I am first trying to add the new card as a secondary card before I delete the other card and I keep getting an error.
