I am enable to achieve the star seller badge as my tracking and despatch rating is wrong, please can I get this changed?
You will need to download your dispatch stats and see what is causing the issue.
We only have control over the dispatch date, if dispatched on time, then it should not affect your stats (if dispatched with tracking)
Check the CSV for shipping to see where you missed out. The shipping badge requires you to ship within the time you specify in the listing and with valid tracking that Etsy's automated systems can follow. If you ship after your stated shipping time, or Etsy cannot verify tracking showing the item in transit, it will count against you. If you mistype a tracking number, or Etsy is unable to see an in transit progress notification, it will count against you. If you have a sale right at the end of the month where the ship by date is in the following month, it will not be included in the calculation for the shipping badge until after the shipping date, so that you are not prematurely penalised.
Where are you buying your shipping? (Etsy labels, Click & Drop website or post office counter/stamps?)
Add your location please.
Are you shipping with tracking? Using Royal mail or another shipper? Shipping must take place within processing time frame. The tracking number if not automatic must be added the same day you ship, not a day later. The CSV will have the information.
ps your shop is adorable. Just an FYI add your shop policies for the UK including GDPR and return policy.
@DeansDesignsWashedUp: "... my tracking and despatch rating is wrong ..." In what way is it wrong? Hard to offer help without more specific information.
"... please can I get this changed?" Unfortunately Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats. However they have sometimes been able to correct errors in the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively). Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
