My store was sent on forced vacation

Hello! My store was sent on forced vacation. No messages came. I can't understand what the reason is. I contacted support, they wrote "The specialist team will review the reason and will get back to you on your registered email address." 3 days passed, no response. I write to support, they also do not answer, although before that they wrote "Most Welcome. Have a nice day and feel free to contact us back at any time." Where else should I write? What should I do? What is the reason? The store is more than 5 years old, and more than 5 thousand sales, there have never been any problems. Thank you

I guess it is because you have several companies and movie stuff, copyright issues most likely.

Your shop is open with all payment methods, but there are several issues. For example, your products are listed as Designed by you, but no production partner disclosed. Several trademarked items without licensing info. And non-original images on POD items.
