Please help me etsy expert team? My store was hacked today between 07:00 and 12:00. When I woke up in the morning, messages were sent to many different people via etsy. An e-mail was sent to me by etsy, they think I violated etsy policy, but I did not write these messages. Also, purchases were made from another store with my personal credit card. I am afraid that my store will be suspended. Can someone please help me? I changed my e-mail and etsy password. There seems to be no problem after changing it. But my store can be suspended at any time. 2FA was enabled, but I do not know how they accessed my store. Thank you in advance for your help

@MYmacrameHomeArt I'm sorry you were hacked. Did you go into your Log Ins (via "Security), and Log Out anyone who is not you. Also, run virus scans on all of your devices. In the meantime, let's see if we can get an Admin's assistance.

Yes, I closed all the connected accounts. I changed my passwords. But I am very anxious, unfortunately. I am anxious because my store is suspended. And I want to take action for this situation. I do not know how they can access my account even though 2FA secure login is enabled. Thank you for your help. But there is no solution for now.

Also, if you haven't already, report this Hacking to the authorities; you are the victim of a cyber crime.

Cancel that credit card and dispute the charges.
