My store was into forced Vacation mood on February 26 and I have't received email from etsy, i only got an announcement on the dashboard that says our store into the Holiday Mode. There's no reply after i sent emails. I've confirmed my account in January 2025 but i could do nothing in time. I've been selling for 7+ years with no issues, my credit card is not expired. We have been fulfilling our orders on time, customers as well as receiving 5 star reviews even during the busy holiday season. Anyone have similar experiences? Any ideas on how I can reach someone to help get my store back?
