My shop was put in vacation mode by Etsy

Hi, I'm wondering why my shop is under review. I checked the payment method, Business Info and personal ID and it all appears to be current and valid. Anyone has any suggestions of how I can get my shop up and off of vacation mode. 

This is the message they posted:

Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

Scroll through the forum for the last week or so. Hundreds of good shops have been put on vacation mode. I don't know what the heck is going on, but sure sorry that is happening to the sellers.

@360JewelsElite Only Etsy knows why ... and, based on what I've read from other sellers in these forums over the last month or so, I can almost guarantee that it will take signifcantly longer than 48 hours to resolve whatever it is. 

One shop I looked at today, to see if I could figure out why they were having to deal with this, was just put on vacation today. They'd also received three 1 * reviews today (from different customers, I think), so I'm betting that had something to do with it. So this may mean that one's "business paperwork" may not be the reason for the forced vacation, at least not in every situation.

@PrairiePrimitives   I think the bots have had too much coffee. There is one seller who was put in vacation and has more than 100,000 sales!

I have no idea but I have the same problem. No message, no email, no update request. Just put on vacation mode with no reason given why. I have no outstanding orders as all my active listings are digital files at the moment and there are no open cases against my shop. It makes no sense.

I am not sure you can edit listings whilst being on vacation mode, but as @PrairiePrimitives there could be loads of reason as to why a shop has been put on vacation mode. I would expect that the reason given is a standard "covers all reasons" message.

There are several parts of your shop that could be flagging the bots. The mention of Johnny Debb & your listings in the "made by" section despite having a "full blown Etsy Artisan team" as described in your shop.

In recent weeks and months more and more shops are mentioning this happening and some are even posting 1 month later that they are still in vacation mode. If you can edit your listings, make sure all your core details are in line with the rules and see if that changes anything.
