My shop was put in Vacation Mode and I can't turn it off - "We put your shop on pause" - HELP

My shop was switched to Vacation mode by Etsy on the 12th of July and I can't switch it back ever since. I don't owe Etsy money When I go into option I see this message under the Vacation Mode setting:

"We put your shop on pause

To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we’ve temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode.
"

I tried writing to Etsy support they said that you have to sign up Etsy payments again. I have sended my id verifications files but there is another problem is date of birth.

Thank you for signing up for Etsy Payments. I see that the date of birth you provided during your Etsy Payments sign-up, doesn't match the documentation you've provided.

Please visit this page  and amend your details to match the ID you have uploaded.

Please respond to this email once complete.

Your Birthday is set under your Profile, not under Shop Manager

Go to your Account Profile link (your avatar on top right of shop page, then select account Setting / Public Profile and you can change the listed birthdate there

etsy uses USA date format, my ID is UK format, so they get confused

ie 2nd April, is 02/04

in usa, it's 04/02

reply to that e-mail, explaining it's a formatting issue

@JewelSteel: Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).
