My shop was just forced into vacation mode!?

I woke up this morning with my shop being forced into vacation mode.  My store just started to pick up some great business, and ALL of my orders are done in a timely manner with tracking provided. I only have 5 star reviews and just received the Star Seller badge.  I contacted Etsy and they say that they did not know why this happened, and that they would "escalate" the issue.  Problem is, I just paid for an ad to run in a Facebook group advertising my shop, this ad will run tomorrow.  Now, every time someone comes to my shop, they see I'm on vacation mode "Fulfilling orders".   All of my info is verified and up to date.  I have never received a case against me and I have excellent customer service.  I read somewhere that there might be a "glitch" happening.  Does anyone know about this?  I'm so sad, I'm missing out on orders and now my spot in the algorithm is messed up
