My shop seems frozen

My shop seems frozen, and I can't figure out why. I can pull up my shop, see my products, but it won't let you click on a product to purchase it. 

I had a customer contact me to say she couldn't purchase my products. So, I checked it out, and it won't let me even do anything with my products, except look at them.

You can't buy from your own shop. I added an item to my cart with no problem.

I can also click on your products and add them to my cart.

I have the same issue. It seems to be a tax issue. With your tax info. I don't know how to fix this. Let me know if you do!
