Can't upload Articles of Incorporation

I'm trying to upload my Articles of Incorporation pdf, but it won't accept it because it's under 10kb. Is there an other way to send it in?

Why are you uploading that dicument?  Is this a new requirement?

The file was UNDER the requirement. I was able to upload it to Canva and save it as a png and get it done that way. But then I got an email from Trust and Security asking for my "Business ID" for Indiana. Indiana doesn't have a Business ID, it's a TID. I emailed back the document and got a response with that sentence bolded. And the emails say that if I don't respond within 24 hours, they will shut me down. I checked my info under Finances - Legal and it looks like my business name is listed under Business ID and it won't let me change it. 

Yes, I received an email saying I needed to update my bank information and legal business info due to anti-money laundering laws. I am fully registered with the IRS and the state as an LLC.

The tax ID number should work as your business ID number.

Is it the same number you use to file your sales tax to the state?  That is the number Etsy wants.

I don't believe Etsy wants your Articles of Incorporation.

I was finally able to change the business id yesterday to my tid. And yes, since I’m listed as a business, it specifically asked for articles of incorporation.
