My shop is not showing up in searches

Hello ! 

I'm new to etsy, my store used to show up in searches before

but now my shop doesn't even show up in searches

I'm selling a cat ear beanie, have I done something wrong?
Why am I not showing up in searches? and when I want to advertise, it says your store is inactive, I can't advertise

Looks like you shop is not indexed for search. This happens sometimes - it's usually a bug. You will need to Contact Etsy support via the links in your shop manager.

Shop manager > Community & Help > Etsy Help > Contact Etsy Support (it's at the bottom of the page)

I was told it would be resolved within 7 days. Then they said it was solved, but the situation did not improve, I sent a ticket again, they said wait 7 days, I wonder if there is a solution that I can reach myself?

@YasseBags: "I wonder if there is a solution that I can reach myself?" If it just a matter of your store not being indexed there is nothing you can do to fix it.

"I sent a ticket again, they said wait 7 days" DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
