My shop is down for ID verification after the first sale

Hello, 

I just launch my shop today. Everything was setup and I sent my ID card yesterday. 

I promoted my shop on my insta, I had a first sale but now my shop is on "vacation mode" because they need to check my ID... 

It broked my launch, all the people on insta goes on the link and see a closed shop, I'm so sad... 

I uploaded a new ID picture and alos my driver liscence. Do you know how long it's going to take? I there anything else I can do? 

Here is the message for Etsy: 

"Nous n'avons apparemment pas réussi à vérifier les coordonnées vendeur que vous avez indiquées lors de votre inscription. Votre boutique a donc été mise temporairement en mode Vacances." (I'm french)

My shop has been closed for two days now for id verification.  I had used my shop name instead of my name.  I fixed the problem, but I've received no help.  I have been with ETSY a long time and have had over 20,000 sales.  They are stopping my income every day they do not fix it.
