My shop is disabled

I can’t find my shop when I search in Etsy. I’m not getting business at all. Also my stuff is missing. When I search for my products they are also invisible. But If I login directly I can see my page. No suspent or nothing else. It’s so weird and dissappointed:(

You need to contact Etsy Support using the links in your shop manager and tell then that your shop is not indexed.

ETA: Before you do that you might want to get rid of any products that you have not made or designed yourself (unless they are vintage or craft supplies). Plus the items that infringe on another company's intellectual property such as Disney.

I've jewelry shop and I've disney themed jewels. Is that why my list is not indexed? there are many shops that includes disney jewels or etc what you mentioned before. I've already contact etsy support and ıt says ıt may take up to 7 days to hear back from them

@Miyorj unless you have a licence to sell Disney jewellery you cannot hand make your own Disney themed items and then sell them. It's considered counterfeiting and is illegal (not just on Etsy).

You have dozens of each of your "handmade" items.  It's obvious that there is nothing that you "handmade" in your shop.  I suspect that before long your entire shop will disappear because you are blatantly buying and "re-selling".

You handmade Mickey Mouse earrings? If that is actually true, you are selling illegal counterfeits.  That will get your shop shut down. If you are lying and you did not handmake them, that will also get you shop shut down. Either way, you might want to close your shop and sell on a website that allows resellers before Etsy shuts you down for good. Although selling illegal counterfeits is illegal everywhere.

Your shop shows that it's indexed for me. The way to tell is to do a search within your shop. I searched for earrings and got 37 results.
