My shop Suspended with no explanation, can somebody help?

Today, I found that ETSY suddenly closed my store without giving me any reason or sending any emails. My store is a new one. I have made ten orders in the past two weeks, and the products in it do not involve any copyright issues. It's an original design, I don't know if anyone can help me, thank you, it's really frustrating for a passionate entrepreneur.

Without knowing what you were selling its difficult to say. Where your items designed and made by yourself? Did you receive any emails from Etsy Regarding deactivated items? (Check your junk mail folder). Is your billing credit card valid? Did Etsy ask you for ID or to validate your banking details?

ETA: A cached description for your Etsy shop reads 'Here, you will find a variety of unique and interesting products created by our artists from the UK'. If YOU are not involved in the design or making of the products then they cannot be sold on Etsy.

Thanks for replying. I am 100% sure that I don't receive any email or information from Etsy. Do you know where I can find the customer service or any way that I can contact the staff of Etsy?

You'll see many, many shops reselling, but it is against Etsy rules. That could be your problem.

I see that sentence in a google search that suggests it's related to your shop. It reads, "Here, you will find a variety of unique and interesting products created by our artists from the UK."

In case you aren't aware, it's against Etsy's rules to sell curated items from various artists. If other artists are making the items, YOU must be the designer, and the artists production partners.

Etsy needs to modify their requirement from just "handmade" to Handmade by Seller".  That would - well might - end a lot of gift shops and gift baskets, hampers, etc.

@HazelsSewingSupplies I agree there seems to be a lot of confusion and Etsy could do better, but the listing process makes it quite clear - 'Who made it? - I did/a member of my shop/another company or person'. I think some sellers don't consider that this applies to them or don't realise what a production partner is. The rules are there but if they haven't read them then that's the problem.

ETA - Etsy could certainly do better by warning shops and actually giving them an explanation in writing when they close the shop rather than leaving it to us forum users to guess at what happened and then be told that we are wrong (by some sellers).

It appears that Etsy have closed your shop your model goes against Etsy policy Information regarding what can be sold on Etsy can be found here

The good news is that Etsy hasn't closed your shop completely yet.  Look for an email (maybe in spam) to find out what the reason is.

I still can edit my products from the listing and I have deleted the which are not designed by me, keeping my original design only. Do you think that would help? THanks

Looking at a cached version Etsy may be investigating whether or not you are making the items.

Etsy does not send an email  for closing a shop down.  The do for other things but not so much if they determine that the seller is reselling.

A google cache of your shop from May 25 shows items that are also available elsewhere online, including AliExpress. Etsy is probably investigating your shop for reselling. 

Etsy is for handmade or designed by you, vintage and craft supplies.
