Hello. My stats show an 82% on my shipping on time portion towards my star seller. I know all of my items were definitely shipped on time and most the time they were the next day. I get good reviews on my shipping and I believe this calculation is in error. Thank you. ,jack
etsy goes by what you enter
If you buy etsy labels, it will be all done automatically
If you buy shipping elsewhere, when you mark as complete, you have to choose the shipper and method you used, and enter the correct tracking number, by the ship date
If you choose the wrong one, or mis-type the tracking number, or add/change the tracking number after the ship date, then it will not be counted as ships on time with tracking
on your customer service stats, click PREVIOUS review period, and download the csv's, to see which ones etsy thinks you missed, and why
......
You don't have your location set, as you are in the USA, if anyone chooses- USA only shops, all your items disapear from search
this is how to set location

Were they all tracked? If so pull up you orders CSV and look at the shipping column. Sometimes there are errors. I had one where the csv on that order was all $&/&÷$#* characters. The ordered showed tracking and delivery but it said no tracking on the csv. Recently I had one that the usps reused the tracking number and didnt clear the old data.It was stuck as pre transit.
You are in the US. All orders need to be accepted for shipment by USPS. If the tracking number is entered through Etsy labels or manually, the next step is acceptance. If USPS or other shipper does not scan in for in transit then Etsy considers the item not shipped.
@Jacksoldstockrocks If you use Etsy labels you won't have that problem.
