My purchasers are unable to leave reviews for my site.
What is the date on when the review window opens? Did you send the item tracked and is it saying delivered? It should open automatically if tracked. If not it will open on the date supplied in the purchase.
The purchaser just sent me a message saying they could not leave a review, this is becoming a consistent issue, I am not comfortable with returning to my buyers and asking for postings, this is not a professional approach for me and my shop. Thank you for the reply, Matthew Jersey Lane Antiques.
The review window opens on the expected date of delivery. The buyer can see that date next to their purchase.
I am having the same problem. Items dispatched well within the due date, tracked and received weeks ago but the buyers are getting a 'in transit' message when they come to leave a review. Incredibly frustrating when good reviews are needed to build confidence for buyers and to increase credibility for shops. It's bad enough that buyers are trying to leave reviews and being told to come back next week but when they can't leave a review at all this needs looking at urgently.
