Hello. I started an Etsy shop where I sell posters. I live in Poland but produce and send via Printify in the United States. So I click on my products and check them, but today, after opening one of my posters on the shop page, I got a notice:
Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region.
This is a glitch / bug going around lately. No idea why, so far - but I've found that most of items affected by this are visible / buyable on the mobile Buyer app.
I just replied to another post about this -- same thing is happening in my shop. Something like 50 or more are showing up as not available in your region. Etsy support said I'd get an email to try to help with it, but it seems like a lot of people are having this problem. Hope it gets fixed soon!
@PulptasticPrints if you have a customer wanting to buy - you could ask them to try the Buyer mobile app with the orange icon, if they are willing to try that.
Thanks @PillowDetails! Good advice!
I believe there is a bug because there are quite a few threads about this in the forums and it's all over Facebook. Sadly, it's the weekend and the Get5 sale, I doubt they will notice or fix until Monday. I maybe wrong but i do hope someone from Etsy admin is noticing our complaints.
Hello, I'm a seller from Poland, specializing in digital art sales. I have the same problem. Half of my 800 listings are published, but I'm getting the message 'This product is unavailable in your region,' which is complete nonsense because I sell digital files. Nothing has helped, not even deactivating and reactivating the listings. Besides, yesterday, they suspended 25 of my listings, but after a few hours, I received an email saying there was an error on their part, and the suspension was unjustified. This whole situation is starting to frustrate me, and I believe that charging advertising fees daily for shops where half the listings can't be purchased is unfair. Chat support is also a disappointment because they can't help in any way.
